Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation from our warehouse on the Clemens Hill estate.
Orders are shipped with Australia Post, with tracking and signature required on delivery.
When your order ships, we will send you your tracking information by email.
Unfortunately, local pickup is not available.

Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. However if something’s not quite right with your order please contact us and we’ll make it right.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase.

The Estate
Clemens Hill is located in the Coal River Valley wine region between Cambridge and Richmond, overlooking the Coal River.
We do not have a cellar door and the property is not open to the public except by appointment.
We welcome you to visit for a tasting by appointment only. Please book a tasting here.
All our wines are made with fruit sourced exclusively from our two vineyards in the Coal River Valley.
