Club FAQs
When will my wine be shipped?
Wine club shipments go out in May and November each year. You can also order more wine at any time with your club discount.
When will the payment be processed?
Payments are processed at the time of shipment using your saved payment method. If a payment fails, we will contact you to update your details.
Is there a joining or cancellation fee?
No, Clemens Hill Wine Clubs are free to join and cancel.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Please note we require one month notice ahead of a shipment (in May and November) to cancel that shipment.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for all Wine Club orders, Australia-wide.
How are club orders shipped?
Club orders are shipped with Australia Post, with tracking and signature required on delivery. See delivery times.
Can I edit my order?
Yes! We will send you a default selection, and you can make changes up to the wine selection deadline. If no changes are made, we’ll ship the default selection.
Do I get any other discounts?
Yes, you will get 15% off (Little Club) or 20% off (Big Club) all orders from Clemens Hill.
Terms and Conditions of Membership
- You are 18 years or older.
- You authorise Clemens Hill to debit your credit card with the cost of your orders. Wines will be charged for and dispatched on or about the 15th of November and May each year.
- Your Club membership is not a lock-in contract. You can cancel, skip or pause your membership at any time by logging into your account, or emailing info@clemenshill.com.au. We require 1 month notice prior to the next shipment to cancel that shipment.
- A default selection will be emailed to you in early May and November, and you will have an opportunity to amend the selection to suit your own taste. If no changes are received, the default selection will be shipped. In rare cases we may be unable to provide a requested bottle, and in this case we’ll make the closest substitution from our range.
- You will receive a discount of 15% off the total bottle price for the Little Club, or 20% off the total bottle price for the Big Club. Shipping is complimentary within Australia for Wine Club orders.
- The wines that you purchase are not for resale by a licensed person.
