What makes your Aurelia range special?

Our Aurelia range of wines are only produced from outstanding fruit in excellent vintages. The wines are “made” in the vineyard by selecting strongly performing clones and blocks for special treatment. This includes fastidious attention to canopy management and yield so that the the best fruit is harvested at optimal ripeness. This is followed by sensitive and creative wine making to extracts the best this carefully tended fruit can offer. Even with such attention to detail during the crafting of these special wines, only those that develop into wines of exceptional quality will earn the right to carry the Aurelia label.

Do you have a tasting centre / cellar door?

We do not currently have a Tasting centre or Cellar Door. However, our wines are stocked in many bottle shops and wine bars in the Hobart area and all around Tasmania. If you are interested in finding a stockist, please contact us.

If you want to try a range of wines, you can pick and mix any 6 wines from our online cellar door.

Where is the vineyard and can we visit?

The Clemens Hill Estate vineyard is located in the Coal River Valley near the historic town of Richmond. A second property, Tashinga Vineyard, is located on the western slopes of the Meehan Range, south-west of the Coal River Valley.

At this time visits to Clemens Hill Vineyard and Tashinga Vineyard are not available to the general public.

What payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?

We value our customers’ online security and for this reason process all our online transactions through PayPal. Customers can use their existing PayPal account or use a Credit Card.

Alternately you can select Direct Bank Transfer at checkout and you will be provided with our Bank Details to transfer the exact amount to our account. Please make sure you include your order number in the transaction description so we can identify your payment.

All orders will be processed upon confirmed receipt of payment.

What shipping do you offer?

We offer free shipping anywhere in Australia when you make a purchase through our online cellar door.

When your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within a few days of receipt of payment.

Shipping times vary on location, but are typically between 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship our wines outside Australia at this time.


What is your returns policy?

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if your order is delivered damaged, spoiled or otherwise in a condition other than advertised.

If you desire to return or exchange an order please contact us immediately. Please retain your proof of purchase (receipt) to assist us in processing your refund.
